overview

What it is

A B2B fintech onboarding workflow built for an EU/Lithuania-regulated financial institution (EU AML directives, GDPR). It is a bespoke platform for a single institution — not a multi-tenant SaaS and not self-service sign-up. It digitizes customer due-diligence intake: an anonymous Wolfsberg CBDDQ form, parallel registry enrichment (JARS + JADIS), iDenfy KYC for all UBOs and signatories, AML adverse-media and sanctions screening, a rule-based 1–100 risk score, role-based approval routing, and a regulated PDF with wet-signature and account-opening handoff — all behind an immutable 7-year audit trail.

capabilities

Key features

Wolfsberg CBDDQ Application Form

Captures onboarding data through the Wolfsberg CBDDQ V1.4 form — 34 sections and 405 fields.

Parallel Enrichment & KYC

Runs JARS and JADIS enrichment alongside iDenfy KYC verification in parallel.

Rule-Based Risk Scoring

A rule-based 1–100 risk score drives five-level routing of each application.

Four-Eyes CDD Approval

Multi-role CDD checklists enforce four-eyes review before an application is approved.

PDF Wet-Signature Close

Generates the onboarding PDF and closes the file through a wet-signature flow.

Immutable Audit Trail

An immutable audit trail with 7-year retention satisfies EU AML and GDPR obligations.

why it matters

Benefits

  • No compliance step can be skipped — it is enforced at the API, not just by process.
  • It is audit-ready at every moment, with immutable before/after logs and 7-year retention.
  • Risk thresholds and workflow rules are configurable without code.
  • End-to-end ownership of the data flow, from registry to KYC.
  • Bilingual EN + LT across every surface.

in practice

Use cases

A high-risk application routed through dual management-board approval.
A DDO–Checker four-eyes review for an NBFI.
A prohibited (score 100) automatic decision.
A DDO partial data-correction loop.
